SCHOLARSHIP OBJECTIVE

The objective of this Scholarship is to provide financial and educational opportunities to orphans to enable them develop the requisite knowledge, skills and resources necessary to achieve academic success.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Eligibility:

Must be an orphan (having lost one or both parents).
Must be enrolled in or accepted in an accredited educational institution (elementary, secondary, or technical education).
Must demonstrate academic excellence.
Must be residing in Cameroon.

Application Requirement:

A completed application form for 2024-2025 academic school year. (NOTE: All asterik * fields are required) .
Proof of orphan status (e.g. death certificates of deceased parent(s)).
Academic records or transcripts.
Personal statement explaining educational goals and how the scholarship will be of benefit to you (NOTE: Parents are not allowed to write the personal statement on behalf of their children to avoid disqualification)

Selection Process:

Applications will be reviewed and evaluated based on academic performance and personal statement by our scholarship committee.

Application Deadline:

Applications must be submitted on or before August 15th 2024 by filling it online.
Alternatively, applicants can fill out a downloaded application and submit via email along with all necessary documents to info@achasfoundationinc.org
Any late or incomplete applications is automatically not considered.

Scholarship Award:

Selected recipients will be notified by email by September 30th, 2024.
Recipients will be awarded as follows:
- Primary School: 10,000 CFA.
- Secondary School: 30,000 CFA.
- Technical school: 45,000 CFA.
